Regulations on service use

“REGULATIONS ON SAFETY – SECURITY AND ORDER”
IN KEGA LIGHTHOUSE REROST

Part 1:   Kega Lighthouse Resort Beach
1- Time of bathing:  From 7:00 to 17: 30.
2- Only bathe in the area having safety limit marked with buoys and boundary flags
3- Strictly prohibite people who drink wine, beer and who are engaged in cardiovascular diseases, hypotension or hypertension and respiratory diseases which may affect pulmonary circulation from bathing and participating sport and entertainment activities on the beach.
4- Children under 15 years of age to bathe must be accompanied by adults and the manager of Group.
5- In case of found drowning, immediately notify the rescue force and surrounding people to timely respond to the case.
6- Please send your belongings in the required location or self-manage your belongings.
7- Have civilized and polite behavior when participating in activities at the beach.
8- Protect green tree, landscape, environment and dispose waste in the prescribed place.
9- Strictly prohibit acts of destruction, dismantlement, removal to project items, signs, buoys and boundary flags.
10- No pets allowed or walking your pets with your control
11- For collective activities, please register with the management board before carrying out organization. 
12- For the benefits of the community, encourage tourists to protect and clean marine environment.

Part 2: At the area of Swimming pool 
1- Opening time of swimming pool: 07:00 – 18:00 in the day 
2- Don’t bring food, drinks, pets and smoke at the swimming pool.
3- People who are engaged in skin disease, cardiovascular, epilepsia diseases and people who drink wine, beer do not jump in pool.
4- Use swimsuit when jumping in pool.
5- Preliminarily bathe and carefully warm up before entering the pool
6- Do not litter, spit indiscriminately, consciously keep general hygiene.
7- Children under 12 years of age, when jumping in pool, must be accompanied by adults
8- Take responsibility for your own safety when jumping in pool.
9- Self-manage your belongings.

Part 3: Fishing lake.
1- Time of fishing service: From 7:00 to 17:00 
2- When accessing the Fishing lake, must notify the Management board, buy tickets and comply with the regulations of the fishing lake.
3- Do not arbitrarily jump in the lake. 
4- Do not bring your children without the consent of the fishing lake manager.
5- Have the sense of environmental protection and natural resource protection and protection of aquatic regenerated seed sources.
6- Use biodegradable packaging, clean up the surrounding environment when arriving at and leaving the fishing lake.
7- Encouraging customers to set free small fishes, pregnant fishes, especially in breeding season of fishes.

Kega Lighthouse Resort will not take the responsibility to legally compensate you for accidents in the case you “violate regulations on safety” as noted in the regulation.
