Cancellation policies

SECTION A: REGULATIONS ON HOLIDAYS AND TET HOLIDAY
•    30 days before booking date: No penalty. 
•    30-15 days: A penalty equals to 50% of all expense for booking. 
•    15 - 07 days: A penalty equals to 70% of all expense for booking.
•    Less than 07 days or not to go: a penalty equals to 100% of all expense for booking.
•    After 18:00, the Resort may cancel the booking of Agent or tourists in the case the tourists fail to arrive.

SECTION B: INCREASE AND DECREASE OF TOURISTS’s QUANTITY AND CANCELLATION OF CONTRACT.
The number of tourists using the service is at least 98% out of total tourists. 
1/ INCREASE OF TOURISTS
On the day of using the service, if the partner increases the quantity of tourists without advance notice, Party A will, within its ability, try to provide the service to the increased tourists, but Party A will not guarantee the service quality.
If the number of tourists is more than the number of tourists signed in the contract, Party B will make payment based on the actual quantity on the basis of actual service.
During the service use, if the group does not use up all the signed services, Party B shall fully pay the signed service fee.
2/ DECREASE OF TOURISTS
After the contract is signed, if Party B reduces the quantity of tourists, the service price will change.
If Party B notifies Party A of decreasing the number of tourists before the service is signed for 72 hours and the decrease of tourists is not more than 05% out of the total tourists, Party B will make payment based on the actual quantity of tourists. 
In the case Party B notifies Party A of decreasing the quantity of tourists before the date of service registration: less than 72 hours, and Party B’s decrease of tourists is more than 02% out of the total tourists, Party B shall pay 98% of the total tourists.


SECTION C: REGULATIONS ON CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIME
•    Check-in time: 14:00 and check-out time: 11:00.
•    In case of early check-in or late check-out, the surcharge policy will be applied as follows:
-    Check out after 12:00 to 15:00 – 30% of room rate surcharge
-    Check out from 15:00 to 18:00– 50% of room rate surcharge
-    Check out after 18:00 – 100% of room rate surcharge
*In case our room service can arrange on cleaning up soon, we willing to let the customers check in soon than the regulations.


SECTION D: DEPOSIT/ RESERVATION POLICIES
• The Resort may request the Agent to make a deposit to confirm booking.  
• Public holidays and Tet: Make deposit equal to 100% of the reservation value (Before 15 days for booking of frequent independent tourists; Before 21 days for booking of Group Inclusive Tourists).    
• If a group makes booking before the departure date of group for 30 days, the time of deposit is 06 days after the Resort confirms booking
• If a group makes booking before the departure date of group for 23 days, the time of deposit is 05 days after the Resort confirms booking.
• If a group makes booking before the departure date of group for 15 days, the time of deposit is 03 days after the Resort confirms booking.
• If a group makes booking before the departure date of group for 07 days, the time of deposit is 02 days after the Resort confirms booking.
• If a group makes booking before the departure date of group for 03 days, the time of deposit is 24 hours after the Resort confirms booking.

•    The maximum of 02 children under 11 years old sharing bed with adults (without extra bed) is free of charge. Surcharge for breakfast of children will be charged according to the above quotation.
•    Baby cradles will be provided by the hotel free of charge, subject to its availability.
•    Children from 11 years old or more are required to book extra beds.
•    Normal breakfast (alartce): 60,000 VND/adult, children: 50,000VND/child 
•    Buffet breakfast: 100,000VND/adult, children: 80,000VND/child


SECTION E: CONTRACT CANCELLATION POLICIES
A. Cancelling reservation for frequent independent tourists (FIT)
•    Cancelling reservation before check-in date for 21 days: Cancellation fee not applicable 
•    Cancelling reservation before check-in date for 20-15 days: Penalty equal to 30% of the value of cancelled room.
•    Cancelling reservation before check-in date for 14-06 days: Penalty equal to 50% of the value of cancelled room.
•    Cancelling reservation before check-in date within 05 days: Penalty equal to 100% of the value of cancelled room.
B. Cancelling reservation for Group Inclusive Tourists (GIT)
•    Cancelling reservation before check-in date for 31 days: Cancellation fee not applicable 
•    Cancelling reservation before check-in date for 30-20 days: Penalty equal to 30% of the value of cancelled room.
•    Cancelling reservation before check-in date for 19-08 days: Penalty equal to 50% of the value of cancelled room.
•    Cancelling reservation before check-in date within 07 days: Penalty equal to 100% of the value of cancelled room.
C. Cancelling food & beverage service and other services 
•    Cancelling meal before the arrival date for 10-05 days: Being allowed to cancel the maximum 10% of the total catering without charge.
•    Cancelling meal or service before the date of service use for 05-03 days: A penalty equals to 50% of the total value of cancelled service.
Cancelling meal or service before the date of service use for 02 days: A penalty equals to 100% of the total value of cancelled service.
