Located in Tan Tien Commune, La Gi Town, Thay Thim Palace is a famous spiritual tourist destination of Binh Thuan Province and South Central region.
This land is often arid, harsh for wet rice cultivation but quite favorable for dragon fruit. Thay Thim's temple is not a temple, pagoda, or communal house like the North, but Dinh and Thay Thim's palace worship a person who lived a few hundred years ago, whose identity is unknown. The Palace is located in Tan Tien Commune, La Gi Town, a national historical and cultural relic of Vietnam.
Surprisingly, the Palace is located in a rare remaining forest, on a campus of over ten hectares. In the urbanization whirlwind, this place still retains a fairly clean environment, especially when the director plays in the palace garden with all kinds of flowers and ornamental plants among the soaring old oil trees that shady the whole campus.
In 1879, the palace was built in the style of a village communal house with many complexes inside, such as: Tam Quan, Vo ca, main hall, Tien Hien church, Hau Hien church, Ong Ho Temple, Thanh Hoang Temple ... The architectural creation with carved sculptures and interior decoration of Thay Thim Palace clearly show the architectural style of the Nguyen Dynasty.
When Hanoi is drizzling season, this place is dry. Ho Van Duc, deputy director of the Dinh management board, said that the climate here is mild and cool all year round, forest trees with many layers of layers and more wind from the sea make it escape the heat of the summer ...
Thay Thim Palace is not only a historical and tangible cultural relic but more than the intangible cultural values. That is the morality, kindness of the worshiped god that for nearly two hundred years has become the conduct of Tam Tan people in particular and South Central people in general...
