- Area:  38 square metres.

- Type of Bed: 02 double beds (1,4 m) and 01 single bed or 05 single beds (1.2m) with high standard and laundered mattresses, duvets, and pillows.

- Number of guests: 05 adults + 02 children.

- Surcharge on weekends (Friday and Saturday): 300,000/room/night

- Surcharge on New Year holidays: 720,000/room/night

- Price includes breakfast, 10% VAT + 5% service charge.
